Please remember to e-mail us with any special instructions or if you have purchased a frame or are intending to frame your photos, we will need to know the exact size you require including the size and depth of your frame.

We will print at standard sizes and not plus sizes unless instructed otherwise.

We offer an upload facility using www.yousendit.com. Please give us as much information as possible when you use this service (including the size if it's not standard "A" size.) Just click on the image below and it will take you to our upload page. Use the "back" button on your internet browser when you need to return to the website. You can upload up to five files at a time, just use the "add another file" link.

Got more than one file to send? Why not zip them so you have only one file to upload?

Designers should note that we require files to be designed from scratch in RGB and not CMYK. We are photographic printers, not offset so need files to be RGB format.

Please click HERE for information on this subject. CMYK should only be used for offset printing. We are not offset printers and only use RGB for better quality and colour repoduction.

If you send CMYK files we accept no liability for colour inaccuracies.

Do not convert CMYK files to RGB. Once you converted to CMYK mode, the data loss from the conversion has already occurred and switching back to RGB won't bring back those colors!

Please make sure that TIF files are flattened before sending to us. We will not be able to use them otherwise.
