Returns & Cancellation Policy

Nearly all orders are processed immediately after payment and artwork are received. There is no option to cancel an order once payment and artwork have been received.

Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification are not covered by distance selling regulations. However, should your item be faulty, it will be replaced free of charge.

If your package appears to be damaged, please check the contents and refuse delivery so that the item can be returned to us and replaced free of charge. Please ask the postie to wait if necessary if you need to check the contents for damage. If you accept or sign for a package that appears damaged, there is little we can do.

Delivery Policies

If you pay via PayPal, we cannot ship to an alternative address unless you have provided this in PayPal. Please add the alternative address to your PayPal account before completing checkout.

Nearly all personalised posters are dispatched within 1 working day. CDs are despatched within 2 working days. Please allow a little extra time for delivery to remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

Personalised, framed canvases are dispatched next working day from date of purchase as we need to allow them to dry and then we have to frame them.

If you require guaranteed next day delivery, please select the "Next Day Courier" option. "Royal Mail First Class Post" is a next day service but has no guarantee. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery if choosing this option, especially during busy periods like Christmas and other holidays.

"Next working day" does not apply to Saturdays, larger orders or where orders and artwork have been received after 2PM, although we will try to accommodate depending on our current volume of work. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us to see if this is possible.
